Requirements

  • Diploma in a relevant field.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Admin to join our dynamic team at MTSC INNOVATION' in Perai, Penang. As an Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of our operations by providing administrative assistance to our teams. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth.

Sourcing & Procurement

  • Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.

  • Work with teams to understand what items are needed and source accordingly.

  • Help compare suppliers to save costs.

  • Goods-received handling.

Material / Stock Management

  • Check and record materials when they arrive

  • Arrange and organize stock

  • Keep inventory records updated

General Support

  • Perform admin tasks (data entry, filing, documents, etc.).

  • Support daily operations.

  • Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams.

  • Help with shipment arrangements and simple customs processes.

  • Support superior assignments.
