About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented Admin to support the company's daily administrative operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.

  • Passed Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Chinese subjects in SPM.

  • Able to communicate, read, and write in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Responsible, trustworthy, and able to maintain strict confidentiality.

  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision and as part of a team.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Handle general administrative and office management duties.

  • Manage company documents, filing systems, and records.

  • Prepare letters, reports, memos, and other internal documentation.

  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules.

  • Provide administrative support to Management and various departments.

  • Maintain confidentiality of company, employee, and business information.

  • Assist in organizing company meetings, training sessions, and corporate events.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and administrative standards.

  • Liaise with internal departments and external parties when required.

  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.
