Experience in freight forwarding/logistics operations preferred

Good knowledge of shipping processes, Incoterms, and documentation

Strong coordination, time management, and problem-solving skills

Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

Detail-oriented and responsible team player

Handle daily operational tasks for sea/air import & export shipments

Arrange trucking, booking, cargo pick-up, container release, and delivery

Prepare and verify operational documents (BL/AWB, DO, manifest, permits)

Coordinate with carriers, hauliers, customs brokers, and warehouse teams

Monitor shipment progress and resolve operational issues or delays

Ensure compliance with customs/port regulations and company SOPs

Update shipment status in systems and support billing/job costing
