Minimum of 1 year of working experience in retail.

Experience in mobile device sales is an added advantage.

Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sales transactions accurately.

Proactive and customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Encouraging customers to trade in their mobile devices in return for cash.

Assisting customers with data transfers from their old devices to new ones when required.

Cataloguing trade-in devices accurately in the system and storing them securely.

Attending to customer inquiries and providing excellent service to meet expectations.

Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Managing trade-in sales, operating the cash register, and processing payments.

Maintaining store cleanliness and supporting store improvement initiatives.

Performing additional duties as assigned to support retail outlet success.

Knowledge and able to follow current trends (TikTok Live/Content, Shoppe Live/Content) etc.
