• Minimum SPM.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese.
• Mandarin is an added advantage.

• Experience in automotive workshop, accident claims, or insurance claim handling is an added advantage. Training will be provided for candidates who are willing to learn.

• Provide excellent customer service to walk-in and WhatsApp customers.
• Handle motor insurance claim documentation and follow-up.
• Update claim and repair progress in the system
• Liaise with insurance companies, customers and assessors.
• Prepare quotations, repair orders and claim documents.
• Collect and verify required documents for insurance claim submission.
• Monitor insurance approval status and update customers accordingly.
• Perform administrative duties and maintain accurate records.
