Minimum SPM and Diploma in a relevant field.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing or fresh graduate.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Persuasive and results-oriented attitude.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Resilience and the ability to handle rejection effectively

Self-motivated with a positive, results-oriented mindset

Applicant must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya, Selangor

The position is available for Malaysian only

Able to start work as soon as possible

Contacting potential customers via telephone to promote products and services.

Generating leads and qualifying prospects for the sales team.

Explaining product features and benefits to potential customers.

Maintaining accurate customer records and sales activity logs in CRM.

Achieving and exceeding monthly sales KPI and daily lead generation KPI.

Providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries.
