At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Assist in tender pricing documents

To prepare for site measurement, taking off quantity and source for quotation

To prepare main contractor and sub contractor's claim

To prepare, implement & monitoring the project costing

Able to liaise with the client and others construction professionals, such as Site Managers, Project Managers and Site Engineers

Preparation of project budget and materials quantities required

Monitoring of materials wastage

Any other duties may be assigned from time to time of management.
