Candidates fluent in Mandarinpreferred as role requires candidate to deal withMandarin speaking clients.

Sales Experience Preferred.

Good attitude & attendance, responsibilities.

Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Alternate Saturday.

Computer Literate.

Skills Required: Order Processing, Communication Skills, Problem Solving, Teamwork and Documentation.

Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries.

To monitor the Sales Support activities and ensure smooth process.

To review on the daily customer order against the output planning and inventory level on customer order fulfilment.

Proceed customer enquiry with Quotation, Sales Order, Delivery & Invoice billing.

Liaise with warehouse department to ensure that all goods are delivered on time.

Collaboration between sales representatives and other internal departments.

Any other job function that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
