Full Time Operation & Data Assistant - Air Itam Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Sunshine Wholesale Mart Sdn. Bhd. Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Diploma or equivalent qualification (preferred).

Minimum 2 years of retail or supervisory experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering, and basic formulas.

Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently and under pressure.

Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (preferred).

Assist in daily store operations.

Supervise and support store staff.

Ensure excellent customer service.

Monitor stock, inventory, and product replenishment.

Handle stock receiving, transfers, and stock counts.

Ensure proper product display and monitor expiry dates.

Prepare staff duty rosters and monitor attendance.

Train and guide new and existing staff.

Manage cash handling, cashier closing, and banking.

Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards.

Monitor sales performance and prepare operational reports.

Handle store opening and closing.

Perform other duties assigned by Management.
