Ability to quickly learn and understand Convenience Store business operations and ordering processes.

Fluent in Mandarin with basic English proficiency for reading system data and communicating with internal teams.

Detail-oriented, patient, and able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Capable of handling high volumes of orders and willing to work overtime when operationally required.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Experience in retail operations is an advantage; fresh graduates with strong learning ability are encouraged to apply.

Coordinate and manage all orders through the system.

Process order workflows, including order creation, verification, modification, and cancellation based on business requirements.

Understand and apply Convenience Store business rules and ordering logic to ensure order accuracy.

Verify product items, quantities, stock availability, and expiry dates to prevent incorrect orders, missing items, or over-ordering.

Liaise with in-store staff, warehouse personnel, and delivery drivers to resolve order-related issues such as stock shortages, product substitutions, and customer complaints.

Prepare daily operational reports and monitor pending orders to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Assist the Operations Manager with daily operational activities, coordination, administrative tasks, data analysis, and other ad hoc assignments to ensure smooth business operations.

Support process improvements and provide operational assistance whenever required.
