  • Experience in managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact and needs assessment to proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Strong understanding of AI, automation, and digital transformation concepts to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for lead tracking, pipeline management, and reporting.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and understand competitive landscapes.
  • Experience in developing and executing effective sales strategies tailored to specific market segments.
  • A Diploma in a relevant field is required, coupled with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in sales or business development.

  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of EYCO AI's offerings.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and successful closing of deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and client satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage sales pipelines, track customer interactions, and generate sales reports.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging AI technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
