Full Time Production Coordinator Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in Emico Penang Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with exposure to plastic injection molding processes.

Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve production issues.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) is added an advantage.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Experience with process improvement methodologies and data analysis.

Knowledge of plastic injection molding machines and related equipment.

Willingness to work onsite in Lebuhraya Kampung Jawa, Bayan Lepas, Pulau Pinang

Assist in the daily production activities, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to production schedules and quality standards.

Support senior engineers in implementing and monitoring lean manufacturing principles and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Participate in root cause analysis for production issues and contribute to the development and implementation of corrective actions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality control and maintenance, to resolve production-related problems and ensure continuous improvement.

Gain hands-on experience with plastic injection molding processes and equipment, including injection molding machines and associated tooling.

Contribute to data collection and analysis related to production output, cycle times, and defect rates to identify areas for optimization.

Assist in the training and onboarding of new production line operators, sharing knowledge of best practices and safety procedures.

Learn and apply Six Sigma methodologies and other process improvement tools under the guidance of experienced engineers.

Maintain accurate production records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Support the evaluation and implementation of new manufacturing technologies and techniques to improve product quality and production efficiency.
