Sepenuh Masa Production Supervisor Jobs, salary up to MYR 2,500 in Lien Eki Rubber Industrial (M) Sdn Bhd Shah Alam - Maukerja

Minimum 3 years on relevant working experience.

Require language in English, Malay, Mandarin

Minimum SPM/Diploma related in working industrialization.

Dynamic, independent & self-motivated.

Positive working attitude, responsible & initiative.

To oversee daily production operation for ensuring smooth production processes.

Supervise and maintaining product quality & standards ensuring compliance with customers specifications and requirements.

Plan and allocate manpower effectively to ensure optimum productivity and efficiency.

Monitoring workers attendance, discipline and work performance.

Provide coaching, guidance to production team members.

Ensure machinery is operate safely & monitoring machine performance and conducting basic troubleshooting.

Coordinate with the maintenance team on machine repairs and preventive maintenance activities.

Maintain housekeeping standards and implement 5S practices within production area.

Ensure a consistently safe working environment for production operators at all times.

Prepare and maintain production records/reports and documentation.

Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
