The Kreare is an interior design firm delivering thoughtful, high-quality residential and commercial spaces. We're looking for a sharp, responsive Drafter to join our team, someone who can keep up with a fast-moving design process and is always ready when the project needs them.

How We Work

This isn't a role where you wait for all the information before you start. Drawings are built progressively; you'll be updating and refining as information comes in, decisions are made, and the project evolves. You need to be comfortable working in an ongoing, iterative way and staying on top of what's changed.

This is a hybrid role. You'll work from home most of the time but are expected to come into the office or visit site when required.

What You'll Do

• Work directly with the designer to produce and continuously update construction drawings (floor plans, elevations, RCPs, millwork details, and set-outs) as the design develops

• Follow our internal SOPs to ensure drawings are consistent, complete, and meet our quality standards

• Read and interpret FF&E specifications (door handles, appliances, fixtures, fittings) and flag dimensions that affect construction or fabrication

• Communicate directly with vendors to obtain correct specifications, clarify product details, and gather information needed to complete drawings accurately

• Cross-check product specs against drawings to catch clashes or sizing issues before they hit site

• Respond promptly to updates from the design team, including last-minute client changes or spec revisions

• Visit site for measurements or to understand construction progress when needed

What You'll Do
