Job Description

Requirements

  • Fluent in Mandarin; able to use Mandarin for daily business communication.

  • Cheerful personality, strong communication and expression skills, and a strong customer-service mindset.

  • Responsible, detail-oriented, with strong execution and quick learning abilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Prior experience in front desk, administration, hospitality, aviation, or customer service is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visiting clients, partners, and guests warmly and professionally.

  • Meeting Room & Visitor Management: Coordinate meeting room schedules, handle visitor registration, and manage hospitality services.

  • Correspondence & General Admin: Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, mail distribution, and day-to-day administrative tasks.

  • Office Operations Support: Assist with routine office operations and provide general administrative support.

  • Ad-hoc Tasks: Complete other duties and assignments as directed by supervisors.
