• 5–8 years of experience in Technical Implementation or Project Delivery

• Strong experience in Core Banking and enterprise application implementations

• Experience leading a team of Java Developers

• Strong knowledge of API integration, ETL/Data Migration, ERP, CRM, and Payment Gateway integrations

• Familiarity with AWS/Azure, Agile/Scrum, and project management tools (Jira/MS Project)

• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and client communication skills

• PMP or Agile certification is an advantage

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end technical implementation and delivery of enterprise solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.

• Manage and mentor a team of Java developers by providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to development best practices.

• Design, coordinate, and oversee system integrations, including APIs, ETL/data migration, ERP, CRM, Core Banking, and payment gateway integrations.

• Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, manage project risks, resolve technical issues, and ensure successful project delivery.

• Drive project execution using Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools, while leveraging cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) to support scalable, secure, and reliable solution implementations.
