Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a managerial role.

Must strong knowledge of full-set accounting.

Experience in the property management industry is an added advantage.

Able to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Must possess own transportation and a valid driving license.

Willing to travel and attend site meetings when required.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and taxation.

Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Manage the company's full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Oversee budgeting, cash flow management, and financial planning.

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and government authorities.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.

Monitor and improve accounting processes and internal controls.

Attend project/site meetings and provide financial support to project teams.

Perform other finance and accounting duties assigned by management.
