Support direct service operations through data management, documentation control, and report preparation

Coordinate service meetings, track action items, and assist in sales process execution

Maintain customer database and monitor key account follow-ups

Handle customer service requests, create service orders, and coordinate with service teams and dealers

Monitor service progress, manage issue escalation, and ensure timely resolution

Conduct customer follow-ups and manage satisfaction tracking

Assist in payment collection tracking and sales commission calculation

Consolidate KPI and performance data for reporting and reward administration

Liaise with Sales, Service, Finance, Dealers, and HQ for cross-functional coordination

Ensure compliance with internal procedures, CRM/system accuracy, and local regulatory requirements

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Good coordination and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple service cases under time pressure.

Data-sensitive with strong documentation and reporting discipline.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM or service system experience preferred.

Able to work effectively with dealers and cross-functional teams.
