Candidate must possess at least Post Graduate Diploma /Bachelor's Degree /Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical) or equivalent.

Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia

Required Skill(s): Familiar in Microsoft Office and Auto cad.

Experience in construction industry will be an advantage, and able work with consultant teams and contractor especially in Building M&E Services and related field.

Good interpersonal and communication skills, self-discipline with right working attitude, self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with meet requirement according to specification.

Passionate in Design and Project Management, and have a strong interest in engineering design and good learning spirit, can meet stringent requirement, tight project schedule and willing to take challenges and grow with the company

Job scope includes meeting the client / developer, discuss the specification, project management, preparation of documentation for the approval of client and execute it until successfully handed over the project.

Responsible for carrying out the design engineering services with coordinating and assisting project management team at site.

Ensuring all Authority requirements are complied with.

Execute, supervise and reporting to superior on project / task progress and change verification,

Review and compilation of contractor’s Site diary Mechanical and Electrical Inspection and Testing records, training documentation and deliverables submission (i.e. – shop drawings, as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manual, warranties and certificates.)
