Full Time Executive, Branch Support Operations (Fleet) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,400 in Carsome Selangor - Maukerja

• Qualification in SPM/Diploma/Degree (in any discipline).

• Preferably candidates with some level of Automotive Education.

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in the Automotive industry.

• Valid driving license with a clean record and willingness to travel.

• Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and think fast to resolve challenging situations.

• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

• Quality-first mentality in upholding CARSOME's fleet quality standards.

• Familiarity with JPJ or Puspakom procedures will be an added advantage.

Vehicle Handover & Inspection

• CCL Car Handover Checklist & Rejection Submission.

• Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI).

• Perform inbound and outbound inspections on all IC to IC transfer cars and update records accordingly.

• Prepare vehicles for test drives, including post-test drive inspections and required touch-ups.

• Ensure Puspakom B5/B7 re-inspection is conducted within the stipulated timeline to prevent expiry.

• Coordinate car wash or USP and update AppSheet.

Stock & Inventory

• Conduct monthly stock counts to ensure vehicle inventory accuracy.

• Update CarTracker (C2B) before and after every collection to prevent discrepancies.

• Tag keys accurately based on vehicle number plates for easy tracking.

Dealer & Customer Collection Support

• Perform pre-collection preparation by verifying vehicle availability, parking cars according to the Logistics team listing, and arranging transport from branches to the yard.

• Conduct PDI during dealer car collection from the yard.

• Transport cars from yard to branch for dealer pickup.

• Receive and facilitate car handovers from different branches.

Vehicle Transfer & Logistic Coordination

• Work closely with the Logistics team to facilitate inter-branch vehicle transfers.

• Self-collect and arrange Value Car photoshoots, especially for East Malaysia (EM) branches.

• Manage CMS transfer store requests and handle inbound/outbound movements through TMS (Transport Management System).

• Load and unload vehicles onto trailers for inter-branch movement and update CarRetailer App.
