Ability to learn and execute beverage preparation techniques accurately and efficiently according to Mixue's standards.

Maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the store, including food preparation areas, service counters, and dining spaces.

Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for order taking, payment processing, and accurate cash handling.

Provide friendly and welcoming customer service, assisting customers with menu selections and addressing inquiries promptly.

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operations, including restocking supplies and managing inventory.

Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations and company policies.

Be punctual and reliable for all scheduled shifts, demonstrating a strong work ethic.

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that may require light lifting.

Communicate effectively in both English and Bahasa Malaysia with customers and colleagues.

Willingness to undergo training on product knowledge, customer service best practices, and operational procedures.

Prepare and serve a variety of ice cream and beverage products according to Mixue's recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and customer satisfaction.
