Basic Requirements:

• 1-3 years of sales or related work experience preferred

• Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply

• Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia

• Passionate about sales, self-motivated

• Strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently and be accountable for results

• Willing to learn new products, industry knowledge, and adapt quickly to market changes

Skills Requirements:

• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills

• Familiar with the sales process, including client development, needs analysis, solution provision, and follow-up

• Understand market trends and customer needs, capable of exploring new markets

• Good at establishing and maintaining customer relationships, able to interact well with clients

• Good communication skills in team collaboration

• Able to work under pressure and meet sales targets

• Able to respond quickly to customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions

Location:

• Malacca, Johor Bahru, and Johor Market

• Pahang, Terengganu, and Kelantan Market

• Develop new customers and maintain existing customer relationships

• Regularly communicate with customers, understand their needs, and drive continuous cooperation

• Develop personal sales plans based on the company's sales strategies and goals and execute them

• Follow up with potential clients, close sales, and meet performance targets

• Collect and analyze market information, feedback customer demands and competition

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met in a timely manner (e.g., logistics, technical support)
