The Sales Ambassador at Maven Perfume is responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring the outlet maintains high standards of cleanliness and visual appeal.

As a frontliner, the ambassador will pitch products confidently, manage the cashier system responsibly, and represent the brand’s values through professionalism and initiative.

This is a junior-level role ideal for individuals passionate about retail, fragrance, and customer interaction.

Outlet Operations

• Open and close the outlet as per SOP.

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the outlet at all times.

• Handle tools and POS items with care and responsibility.

Sales & Customer Service

• Confidently explain and pitch product offerings to customers.

• Recommend additional items based on customer needs.

• Provide a positive and helpful customer experience.

Visual Merchandising

• Arrange and display products neatly.

• Ensure all price tags are correct and visible.

• Replenish shelves and displays regularly.

Cashier Handling

• Operate POS system accurately.

• Handle payments (cash, QR) and give correct balance.

• Perform cash drawer balancing if required.

Daily Sales Reporting

• Submit sales report and key feedback in WhatsApp group daily.

• Highlight best-selling items and noteworthy customer insights.
