Candidates must be at least 18 and possess a minimum of SPM qualification.

Deliver excellent customer service and respond promptly to customer needs.

Introduce, promote, and upsell products to customers.

Handle customer food orders and ensure preparation and disposal processes comply with food handling SOPs.

Operate the cash register accurately for both cash and credit card transactions, in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Assist in maintaining store cleanliness, safety, and overall housekeeping standards.

Responsible for stock replenishment to ensure product availability at all times.
