Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveyor.
Minimum 5 years of working experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
Candidate with experience in contractor or construction related organization will have an added advantage.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willing to travel to project sites when required.
Responsibilities
Lead in commercial & contractual of projects from pre-contract to final account.
Ensure effective cost planning, procurement, contract administration & project profitability.
Mentoring Junior Quantity Surveyors.
