- Vehicle: Must own a transport with a valid license for daily field visits.
- Communication Skills: Clear, friendly, and persuasive speaking skills in local languages.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, promoter work, or outdoor customer service is a plus
Responsibilities
- Find New Customers: Explore your assigned area to find local shops, vendors, and drivers who need our delivery services.
- Onboard Partners: Help new driver-partners and business owners sign up and download the Porter app.
- Manage Your Territory: Know your assigned area well and figure out the best places to find new business.
- Solve Customer Problems: Address any doubts or concerns from partners with patience and clear answers.
- Track Your Work: Keep simple daily logs of your visits and report your sales progress
