The Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of infrastructure construction projects. This includes ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual requirements, quality standards, and statutory regulations while maintaining excellent relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities.

1.     Project Management

·       Lead and manage multiple infrastructure construction projects from commencement to completion.

·       Develop project execution plans, work schedules, and resource planning.

·       Monitor project progress against timeline and budget.

·       Ensure project milestones are achieved according to contractual requirements.

·       Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures.

2.     Site Operations

·        Supervise Site Managers, Site Supervisors, Project Engineers, and other site personnel.

·        Coordinate daily site activities to ensure smooth project execution.

·        Ensure adequate manpower, machinery, and materials are available.

·        Resolve technical and operational issues promptly.

3.     Quality Management

·       Ensure works comply with project specifications, engineering standards, and quality requirements.

·       Coordinate inspections with consultants and clients.

·       Ensure timely rectification of defects and non-conformance.

4.     Client & Stakeholder Management

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors.

·       Represent the company during project meetings.

·       Handle client complaints and resolve project-related issues professionally.

5.     Leadership

·       Lead, coach, and mentor project teams.
