Full Time Senior HR & Admin Executive Jobs, in Agensi Pekerjaan Talent Recruit Selangor - Maukerja

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

1–3 years of experience in HR, admin, or payroll (preferably in recruitment agency, outsourcing, or contract staffing environment)

Familiar with Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS)

Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude

Handle full employee lifecycle for contract staff (joining, onboarding, placement, extension, termination)

Prepare and issue employment contracts, offer letters, and assignment letters

Maintain accurate employee records and HR database

Compile monthly attendance, claims, and overtime data for payroll processing

Coordinate payroll inputs with payroll vendor/internal finance team

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, tax filings where applicable)

Coordinate deployment details with clients and internal recruitment team

Ensure all onboarding documentation is completed before deployment

Act as point of contact for contract staff HR-related queries

Track contract expiry, renewals, and probation reviews

Handle basic employee queries and escalation matters

Support disciplinary documentation and HR case follow-up

Ensure employee engagement and communication for contract staff
