Minimum Diploma qualification. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Candidates with SPM/STPM (or equivalent) and relevant working experience are also welcome to apply.

Prior experience in a call centre or customer service environment is an advantage.

Willing to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Working Hours: 5 working days, 24/7 

Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written); Mandarin-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.

Pleasant telephone etiquette with a customer-focused mindset.

Deliver professional and responsive customer support via phone, ensuring a high standard of service.

Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and recommend appropriate solutions.

Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Follow up on customer requests in accordance with service procedures and timelines.

Educate customers on available products and services and guide them to relevant self-service resources.

Accurately update customer information and interaction records in the system.

Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and data privacy in all customer interactions.

Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.
