Full Time Project Manager (M&E) Jobs, in Agensi Pekerjaan Talent Recruit Selangor - Maukerja

Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

Minimum of 5–7 years' experience in project management in M&E for industrial project or equivalent capacity

Knowledgeable in general electrical / mechanical engineering works

Ability to interact and deal effectively with all levels of management and staff

Must possess good planning knowledge analytical skills

Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and resolve conflict

Must be willing to work half day on Saturday

Plan, execute, and deliver industrial projects within established deadlines and budgets

Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in alignment with client and business requirements

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and communication documentation

Communicate project expectations clearly to internal teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients

Estimate resources, manpower, and materials required to achieve project goals

Monitor and manage project progress, ensuring quality, cost control, and timeline adherence

Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively to project team members

Identify, manage, and resolve project risks, conflicts, and technical issues

Track milestones and provide regular progress reports to management and stakeholders

Oversee the full project lifecycle including planning, coordination, installation, testing, and handover

Coordinate M&E works for commercial buildings including power distribution systems, lighting systems, ELV systems, HVAC coordination, fire protection systems, and authority approvals

Liaise with consultants, main contractors, local authorities, and utility providers where required.
