• Possess SPM/Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree (any field or related field).

• Possess 1–2 years of relevant work experience in customer service or a customer service/operations center.

• Good command of Chinese, English, and Malay, with good written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiar with computer operations.

• Able to work independently and possess good problem-solving skills.

1. Customer Service & Order Handling

• Handle distributors’ enquiries and support order processing.

• Resolve customer issues, feedback, and urgent incidents.

• Integrate customer and team feedback to propose improvements.

2. Distributor Center Operations

• Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the Distributor Center.

• Assist in maintaining general upkeep, cleanliness, and operational readiness of the center.

• Conduct regular inspections and report issues promptly.

3. Reporting & Administration

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

• Manage form approvals, access/authority applications, and internal control documents.

• Support other administrative duties and assigned work-related tasks or projects.

4. SOP & Operational Quality

• Ensure all processes follow SOP and service standards.

• Review workflows and assist in implementing improvements.

• Support crisis handling and coordinate with other departments when needed.
