Hands-on leader who is proactive and able to handle high-pressure situations.

Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours.

Good communication and team management skills.

Able to respond quickly and be ready for any operational circumstances.

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the theme park to ensure smooth functioning of all attractions and facilities.

Lead, supervise, and coordinate operations staff, ride operators, and support teams.

Ensure safety procedures and operational standards are strictly followed at all times.

Respond quickly to operational issues, emergencies, or guest concerns and resolve them effectively.

Monitor park performance, visitor flow, and service quality to ensure a positive guest experience.

Work closely with maintenance and technical teams to ensure rides and equipment are functioning safely.

Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance management.

Prepare basic operations reports and daily updates for management.
