At least 1-2 years sales experiences. Building material sales experience will be added as an advantage.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethics is a priority.

Possess own transport.

Preferred Mandarin-speaker.

Preferable from building material industry sales experience.

To develop, build new and retain existing business opportunities.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.

Responsible for on time payment collection. 

To be a team player for overall work activities.

Promote Company’s Products.

Conduct Products Presentation.

Liaise with Developer / Architect / Consultant / Main Contractor for product specifications.

Liaise with building office, management office & applicators for product specifications.
