• Diploma or higher education

• Proficiency in Word and Excel, with the ability to manage English-language email correspondence

• At least 1 year of experience in admin, clerical, or business liaison work

• Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Malay

Power and energy equipment sales and manufacturing company based in Kuala Lumpur. We're a small, agile team (under 20 people) looking for an Admin & Sales Executive to support our CEO with client relations and daily operations across our Malaysia-based projects.

What You'll Do

• Communicate with local Malaysian clients — handling business correspondence, scheduling meetings, and interpreting during online calls

• Organize and maintain project files, contracts, quotations, and tender documentation

• Track and follow up on ongoing project progress

• Manage daily administrative tasks including email correspondence and customer feedback

• Support basic sales order tracking and follow-up
