• 2–3 years of relevant working experience.

• Familiar with SQL and basic programming.

IT Support & Maintenance

• Provide daily IT support for hardware, software, and basic network issues.

• Install, configure, and maintain PCs, printers, and office IT equipment.

• Perform routine system checks, updates, and basic troubleshooting.

• Maintain IT asset records and ensure equipment is in good working condition.

Power BI Reporting

• Update and maintain existing Power BI dashboards and reports.

• Assist in data preparation and validation for reporting needs.

• Troubleshoot basic Power BI issues such as data refresh and formatting errors.

AutoCount Plugin Support (Key Focus)

• Maintain and enhance AutoCount plugins and related systems.

• Perform basic coding and programming tasks related to AutoCount.

• Work closely with internal teams to understand requirements and implement system updates.

• Support basic SQL queries related to AutoCount data.
