Full Time Customer Service Executive - Transhipment Jobs, in Agensi Pekerjaan Talent Recruit Selangor - Maukerja

Min 2 years of related experience, preferably in Freight Forwarding/Transportation/Logistics industry

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Proficient in MS-Office applications

Prior experience with Cargowise system not essential but would be a bonus

Assist to prepare transhipment documentations

Reporting and data entry

Coordinate all shipping requirements in respect to transshipments

Prepare and check through t/s documentation.

Attend to customers inquiries pertaining to rates and assist in queries/bookings/followups/complaints

Track shipments and updates

Manage and follow-up on any discrepancies

Any other duties as assigned by the Management
