Full Time BO Chargeman (BO - PJ6) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 9,500 in TWY Search International (M) Selangor - Maukerja

Must be Malaysian citizen.

Must possess competent BO Chargeman with valid PJ6 certificate or higher by Suruhanjaya Tenaga.

Minimum SPM certificate in any discipline.

Possess valid CIDB Green Card.

Minimum 2 years of working experience as BO Chargeman and a total of 10 years' experience in Facilities Maintenance, Electrical Systems, or Critical Management Services. Experience in managing Data Centre will be an added advantage.

Must be in good health and fit to work.

Able to communicate and write in Bahasa Melayu and English.

To perform daily round checks with checklist for all Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems supporting Bank Data Centre.

To take readings with digital checklist using tablet for all critical M&E systems and submit to Bank on a monthly basis.

To provide first level support for all M&E systems including break fix.

To manage all Data Centre facilities related incidents and breakdown.

To standby for all electrical servicing work by 3rd party vendors (TNB, etc.).

To perform weekly generator set off load test and each generator set is required to run between 5 to 10 minutes.

To perform yearly generator set on load test and each generator set is required to run between 45 to 60 minutes.

To perform switching for HT and LV switchgears.

To ensure power readiness for all assigned server and network racks.

To perform all necessary tests including polarity, insulation, phase rotation, etc. as and when required by the Bank.

To ensure all racks are connected to grounding point.

To replace any faulty lighting, ballast, and Exit signage including but not limited to DC and office block area.

To track and follow-up all parts replacement to closure.

To manage 3rd party vendor related to Data Centre facilities for onsite activities.

To assist in capacity planning and any upgrading work related to M&E systems.

To provide recommendation for optimization and improvement to M&E systems.

To arrange with 3rd party vendor on all preventive maintenance schedule.

To review all PTW (Permit to Work) related to M&E.

To supervise any site survey, project, and enhancement activities related to M&E systems.

To create, revise, and review documentation including Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Emergency Operating Procedure (EOP), Maintenance Operating Procedure (MOP), and checklist related to M&E systems.

To ensure all the measurement meter and tools are calibrated annually.

To ensure safety briefing is conducted for all Chargeman on monthly basis on every aspect of safety measures and lesson learnt. This has to be documented and sign off by each Chargeman.

To ensure shift handover log is established and executed as per the Bank's requirement. Each shift needs to fill-up the shift handover log and follow-up on any outstanding issues.

To ensure all issues related to M&E services are reported, escalated to the Bank's management and to raise incident ticket in the ITHM system.

To furnish an incident report for any M&E related incident due to Vendor negligence within 3 business days.

To file and organize service reports for preventive maintenance of M&E systems.

To submit monthly status report for preventive maintenance of M&E systems.

To submit monthly consumption and capacity report related to M&E systems.

To compile and submit monthly incident report related to M&E systems.
