3-5 years of corporate finance experience, preferably in fast-growing companies or dynamic environments.

Professional qualifications (CFA, CPA, ACCA) are a plus.

Strong analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving skills.

Understanding of project finance, investment evaluation, and financial statements.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable with hands-on execution and making an impact in a fast-paced environment.

Able to attend occasional crosstime zone meetings as needed.

Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning, investment evaluation, and growth initiatives.

Conduct detailed financial analysis, including profitability, cash flow, and risk assessments.

Support capital raising activities, including debt and equity financing.

Assist in mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture transactions through financial due diligence and valuation analysis (as applicable).

Monitor and report on financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and strategic targets.

Identify cost optimization opportunities and recommend efficiency improvements.

Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate financial implications of business decisions.

Prepare financial and investment reports for management, Board, and stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal standards.

Support treasury functions, including cash flow management, liquidity planning, and banking relationships.
