JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess at least SPM or equivalent.

• Good knowledge in managing inventory and operating POS system.

• Physically fit.

• Pleasant disposition and able to work in a team.

• Able to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.

• Flexible with work arrangement and willing to relocate.

• Can communicate well in Bahasa Melayu & English.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support Operation Managers in managing outlet's daily operation including staff scheduling, customer service, and supervision of food quality, ensuring smooth operations.

• Ensure SOP and Shop Rules are followed at all times, including policies for Food Safety & Sanitation.

• Managing inventory & stock ordering.

• Lead, train & manage crew members in daily operations.

• Handle customers complaints in a professional manner.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
