Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experiencehandling full set of accounts, preferably formultiple entities or group companies.

Proficient in accounting software (e.g. SQL, Autocount, or equivalent).

Strong knowledge of e-invoicing, tax laws, SST, and statutory compliance.

Experience in audit preparation and coordination is essential.

Independent, responsible, and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and organizational skills.

Able to work efficiently under deadlines and minimal supervision.

Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and monthly financial reporting for multiple subsidiaries.

Prepare and submit e-invoicesin accordance withLHDN requirements.

Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.

Manage tax computation, SST submission, and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.

Process monthly payroll and statutory submissions (PCB, EPF, SOCSO, EIS).

Manage vendor payments, staff claims, and statutory remittances.

Coordinate with auditors and tax agents for smooth and timely year-end audits.

Ensure compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and internal policies.

Prepare management reports and financial analysis to support business decisions.
