Full Time Warehouse Supervisor Jobs, in Agensi Pekerjaan Talent Recruit Singapore - Maukerja

Minimum 1-4 years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations.

Supervisory experience preferred, with strong leadership and people management skills.

Basic understanding of workplace safetyandquality standards.

Diploma or higherin a relevant field;Lean Six Sigma certification is an advantage but not mandatory.

Knowledge of shipping processes and related documentation.

Willing to work in Singapore.

Must be flexible to work extended hours (until 9-10 PM)depending on shipment schedules and occasionallysupport weekend shipments when required.

Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in line with customer requirements and timelines.

Manage order fulfillment, including inspection, testing, and documentation to ensure accuracy and cost-effective delivery.

Maintain accurate inventory through regular stock counts, reconciliation, and handling of defective returns.

Implement and monitor quality assurance procedures, investigate deviations, and recommend corrective actions.

Ensure warehouse safety, ESD compliance, and proper maintenance and calibration of equipment according to ISO and military standards.

Supervise and guide warehouse staff to meet productivity, quality, and safety targets.

Handle shipping coordination, export documentation, and compliance with hazardous materials and transportation regulations.

Collaborate with Customer Relations, Sales, Asset, and Transportation teams to support international shipments and resolve operational issues.

Prepare and analyze operational reports, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous process improvements.

Evaluate and recommend new equipment or process enhancements to improve efficiency.
