Minimum 5 years of experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC), Shared Services (SSC), or BPO environment.

Previous experience leading or managing a team is preferred.

Experience in Shared Service Centre setup is an added advantage.

Strong knowledge of accounts receivable, billing, and collections processes.

Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Willing to travel when required.

Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Manage daily Order-to-Cash (OTC) operations for the APAC Shared Service Centre.

Lead and support the setup of the Shared Service Centre, including team recruitment and process implementation.

Develop and improve OTC policies, procedures, and workflows.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of billing, collections, cash application, and accounts receivable.

Monitor team performance and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are achieved.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and regional teams to resolve operational issues.

Prepare reports and support continuous process improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.

Provide coaching, guidance, and leadership to the OTC team.
