Able to draft remarketing content in Mandarin or Cantonese using AI tools

Strong understanding of customer segmentation and lead nurturing strategies

Good communication skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in English and Cantonese is mandatory

Manage and maintain customer profiles, lead statuses, and sales pipelines in HubSpot CRM

Set up and optimize automation workflows, email sequences, and remarketing campaigns

Draft email and WhatsApp remarketing messages mainly in Mandarin or Cantonese using AI tools

Utilize HubSpot, Omnisend, and WhatsApp platforms for customer engagement and remarketing activities

Organize and segment customer databases for targeted campaigns and follow-ups

Perform CRM data clean-up to ensure accuracy and data integrity

Support the sales team by assigning tasks and tracking customer interactions

Generate weekly and monthly reports on lead conversion, pipeline progress, and campaign performance
