Location: G tower, KLCC (Mrt/Lrt accessible) Working Hours: 5 days per week | 9 hours per day

Job Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Minimum 1 year experience, but DEGREE FRESH GRADUATES are WELCOME TOO.

• English level B2 and above (Proficient and Professional)

• SPM qualification or above

• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

• High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail

• Handle customer enquiries and service requests via phone, email, and live chat

• Support hotel bookings, reschedule, cancellations and so on

• Assist with delays, cancellations, refunds, and enquiries

• Deliver professional, calm, and empathetic customer service

• Record, track, and resolve cases accurately

• Adhere to workflows, system procedures, and SLA requirements
