Job Description

Requirements

  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (is an added advantage).
  • Familiar with TikTok Shop or social media platforms is an advantage.
  • Friendly, proactive and willing to learn.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
  • With or without experience are welcome to apply
  • Training will be provided
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Source and connect with local TikTok creators and influencers for product collaborations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with creators and affiliate partners.
  • Coordinate creator campaigns and follow up on collaboration progress.
  • Identify suitable creators to match different product categories.
  • Maintain creator database and prepare basic performance reports.
  • Work closely with the operations team to support marketing campaigns.
