Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in a packing or similar role within a retail or merchandise environment.

Proficiency in packaging techniques, ensuring products are prepared for shipment safely and efficiently.

Experience with inventory management systems and processes to accurately track stock levels and assist with stocktakes.

Strong understanding of quality control procedures to identify and report any damaged or defective products before packing.

Excellent attention to detail to ensure correct items are packed according to orders and specifications.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to meet daily packing targets.

Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in order fulfillment, accurately picking and packing items for customer orders.

Familiarity with handling skincare products and understanding the importance of proper handling and packaging for these items.

Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to coordinate with team members and supervisors.

Accurately pick and pack orders according to order slips, ensuring all items are accounted for and correctly matched with the corresponding customer orders.

Inspect products for defects or damage before packaging, adhering to strict quality control standards to maintain product integrity and customer satisfaction.

Prepare and package products securely and efficiently for shipment, utilizing appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit.

Maintain an organized and clean packing station, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment and contributing to overall warehouse cleanliness.

Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving, stocking, and cycle counting of products to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
