• a) Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or any related field.

• b) Master's Degree is an advantage

• c) Professional certifications in AI/ML, Data Management, or Analytics are a plus (e.g. Microsoft Azure Data Engineer DP-203, Azure Data Scientist DP-100, Azure AI Fundamentals AI-900. Power BI Data Analyst PL-300, AWS ML Specialist, TensorFlow, or equivalent)

• d) 4-7 years of experience in data management, data analysis, or AI/ML roles.

• e) Proven experience designing, implementing, and deploying AI/ML models in business context.

• f) Hands-on experience with data analysis tools (Python, R, SQL) and data visualisation platforms (e.g.Tableau, Power BI, Looker)

• g) Experience in cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies (E.g. Hadoop, Spark) is desirable.

1. Lead data management initiatives, ensuring data accuracy, quality, accessibility, and compliance across

business units.

2. Design, develop, and deploy Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning (ML) models to solve complex

business problems, optimize operations, and drive automation.

3. Conduct advanced data analysis, identify trends, and deliver insights to support strategic decision-making

at all levels.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into

actionable, data-driven solutions.

5. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations that present complex datasets in clear,

actionable formats.

6. Monitor data governance standards, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory

requirements.

7. Identify opportunities for process improvement and leverage AI and analytics to enhance efficiency and

effectiveness.

8. Promote best practices in data management and AI adoption and foster a culture of continuous learning.

9. Undertake additional assignments as directed by leadership to support organisational objectives.
