Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in electrical site supervision or a related field.

Proven experience in managing electrical projects and leading a team of skilled workers.

Strong understanding of electrical systems, safety regulations, and building codes.

Ability to read technical documentation and drawing.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment and tools.

Possession of relevant electrical certifications or licenses is a plus.

Oversee and manage all electrical site operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Supervise and direct a team of electricians and technicians, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

Interpret electrical schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation and maintenance activities.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure quality workmanship.

Coordinate with project managers, clients, and others to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Manage inventory of electrical materials and equipment, ensuring adequate supply and proper storage.

Troubleshoot and resolve electrical problems that arise during the construction or maintenance phases.
