Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

1-2 years of proven experience in community management, business development, or a similar role.

Demonstrated success in building and nurturing online and offline communities.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

Experience in developing and executing partnership strategies to drive growth and engagement.

Strong client relationship management skills, with a focus on retention and satisfaction.

Proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to sales targets.

Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication with a global audience. Proficiency in Bahasa & Mandarin are advantages.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, 20-person company environment.

Experience with CRM software and community management platforms is a plus.

Develop and execute strategies to foster a vibrant and engaged online and offline community around the company's brand and services.

Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships with key businesses, organizations, and influencers to expand reach and create mutually beneficial opportunities.

Drive customer acquisition and retention through targeted engagement campaigns, exceptional customer service, and proactive relationship management.

Spearhead business development initiatives, including lead generation, sales pipeline management, and closing deals to achieve revenue targets.

Organize and host community events, workshops, and networking opportunities to strengthen relationships with stakeholders and promote brand visibility.

Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product development, service enhancements, and strategic decision-making.

Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and integrated campaign execution across all channels.
