SPM qualification or above.

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Experience with Shopee, TikTok Shop, or Facebook is an advantage.

Retail or e-commerce experience is preferred.

Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently.

Willing to learn and work overtime when required.

Good communication skills.

Comfortable handling alcoholic beverages and non-halal products.

Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Meta Ads, live streaming, or AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) is an added advantage.

Manage online platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Facebook.

Upload products, update product information, and process customer orders.

Respond to customer enquiries and arrange order packing and shipping.

Assist in product photography and create simple promotional content.

Manage store merchandising, stock replenishment, and inventory.

Support daily store operations and customer service.

Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
